About us

The Hebraica Libraries Group is a joint forum of Judaica and Hebraica Libraries in the UK. Its aim is to enable librarians and other specialists working in the field of Hebrew and Jewish Studies:

  • to share their views and experiences;
  • to discuss current developments as well as future projects;
  • to coordinate their activities.

  • We organise occasional visits to libraries with Jewish collections or other sites of interest.
  • Other activities have included: an electronic forum on cataloguing in RDA, visits to Jewish Book Week and the Israeli Film Festival.
